The company offers a variety of services:
There are two types of hardwood floors available on the market today: solid and engineered. The main difference between solid wood flooring and engineered wood flooring is the composition of the wood panels. Solid wood is wood cut from a tree and then cut to size into flooring panel dimensions, while engineered wood flooring is composed of several layers of wood pressed and glued together to the desired thickness and then cut to the specified dimensions. Milled from solid wood, hardwood floors come either unfinished, allowing you to choose your preferred stain, or prefinished for one less step and an easier installation. They can be nailed or glued over a concrete or wood sub-floor.
One of the many benefits of hard wood flooring is that it can be sanded and refinished many times. Hardwood floors are made from harvested trees and depending on how exotic the trees are will depict the pricing. Comparing to other flooring options, hardwood floors are generally more expensive to buy and to install.
Please keep in mind that hardwood floors are not suitable for use in high-moisture environments such as bathrooms or rooms that are below ground level unless specified by the manufacturer.
Eco Value Flooring can provide you with any laminate floor type you want. The inner core layer is usually composed of melamine resin and fiber board materials. Laminate flooring simulates wood with a photographic applique layer under a clear protective layer. Easy to install, laminate floors come in an array of colors, styles and even handscraped for that rustic look and feel. It is reasonably durable, hygienic and relatively easy to maintain, scratch-resistant.
Laminate flooring has grown significantly in popularity, perhaps because it may be easier to install and maintain than more traditional surfaces such as hardwood flooring. It may also have the advantages of costing less and requiring less skill to install than alternative flooring materials.
Please keep in mind that it is important to keep laminate clean, as dust, dirt and sand particles may scratch the surface over time in high-traffic areas.
